Follow an arrival, settle in for an evening of entertainment, or see how the home responds to a leak or a power interruption.

Combine the systems you need into a coordinated design, from individual rooms to the house and grounds.
Presence-aware lighting, daylight dimming and coordinated curtains. Set the mood with a scene or a familiar wall control.
Exterior cameras, video intercom, authorised gate access and arrival lighting bring the entrance into one workflow.
Combine television, multiroom audio, cinema lighting and curtain scenes. Select displays, speakers and amplifiers to suit each space.
Room temperature, ventilation and air-quality monitoring support comfortable living, with cooling paused when a window opens.
Leak detection, monitored valves, tank and pump feedback help catch problems early. Certified fire systems can provide coordinated alerts.
Monitor circuits and available power sources. Support essential controls with UPS protection and restore priority loads in sequence.
Use soil moisture, weather and flow feedback to guide garden watering, with rain and wind inhibits and abnormal-flow alerts.
Follow wine-cellar temperature and humidity, with alerts when conditions move outside the chosen range.
Coordinate home, away, entertaining and goodnight routines through a local controller, with household permissions and manual overrides.
Plan Wi-Fi coverage, cabling, network separation, equipment racks and configuration backups as part of the whole-home design.
Use wall keypads, touch panels and household interfaces to control rooms and review alerts without managing separate systems.
Coordinate the architecture, electrical work and selected equipment, then commission scenes and train the household.
Review the plans, household routines, existing equipment and the systems that matter most.
Coordinate devices, cabling, scenes, network coverage and backup power in a clear, itemised scope.
Verify the installed routines and alerts, document the system and introduce the household to its controls.

The Kewada experience is a concept visualization based on architectural plans and an automation scope. Device positions, readings and routines are illustrative. It does not connect to installed equipment.
The illustrated Kewada scope provides TV/data outlets and ceiling-speaker cabling. Displays, speakers, amplifiers and streaming subscriptions require a separate equipment selection and quotation.
The design prioritises local control, manual overrides and UPS support for the control rack. Available functions during an outage depend on the final equipment, network and backup-power design.
A consultation assesses wiring, connectivity and current equipment before recommending a phased upgrade or complete installation. Integration compatibility is confirmed during design.
Pricing follows the house plans, room requirements, device choices and installation conditions. AST prepares a coordinated scope and quotation after assessment; the demonstration is not a fixed-price package.
